1. Identify your emergency:

  • Is it a critical system outage affecting multiple users?
  • Is it a data security breach?
  • Is it a hardware failure causing significant downtime?

 

2. Choose the appropriate contact method:

  • Phone: If your issue requires immediate verbal communication, please call our Network Operations Center (NOC) at +1 844-SEIGLER (844-734-4537) option 5. This line is staffed 24/7 for critical issues.
  • Email: If your issue can be communicated via email and does not require immediate intervention, you can send an email to [email protected]. However, please understand that response times for email may be longer outside of regular business hours.

 

3. Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A brief description of the emergency
  • The timeframe of the issue (when it started, how it's impacting you)
  • Any error messages or relevant details
  • Any steps you've already taken to troubleshoot

 

4. Stay informed:

  • We will keep you updated on the status of your issue and the estimated resolution time via email, help desk ticket, and phone calls.
